Obituary for Adam Riglin

Adam Riglin
Adam Stephen Riglin, 39, of Bellefonte, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.  He was born on March 3, 1979 in State College, PA, the son of Vincent Anthony Riglin and Mary Ellen Riglin (Bilger), who are both surviving in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Adam is survived by his parents, his daughter Zoey Jade Riglin, his sister Brooke Marie Viguerie (Riglin) and his brother in law Nicholas Marc Viguerie.

Adam was a graduate of Bellefonte Area High School.  For the last 17 years, Adam has worked at Penn State University. On December 11, 2013 he welcomed his beautiful daughter Zoey into the world and she immediately became the most important part of his life.

Adam’s daughter, Zoey was his heart and joy. He loved spending time and making precious memories with his daughter. The amount of love he had for her was obvious to anyone who ever met him.  When he talked about her, his eyes would light up and a big smile would spread across his face.

Adam loved anything that kept him outdoors.  He had an undeniable love for motorcycles.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially at the Twin Oaks Gun Club where he was the Vice President.  He also belonged to Undine’s, American Legion and Moose.

Adam truly lived life to its fullest.  He was always happy, joking around, full of energy and life.  You couldn’t help but be drawn to his charismatic personality and sense of humor. He was always the life of the party and he had a love for adventure.  You couldn’t help but let his happiness over take you as well.  Through tough times, Adam showed his loving, caring and nurturing side.  He was always there for his family and friends, giving love and support and helping in every way he could.

He will be forever missed and never forgotten by anyone who crossed his path.

Family and friends are invited to Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. at 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte,  for a viewing on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 6-8pm. Funeral services will immediately follow at 8pm at the funeral home with Deacon Tom Boldin officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
