Condolence: Peter, Deter, and family, Please accept my heartfelt condolences at this time. Tammy's smile and laughter will be long remembered. She was part of the McDonald's family for many years. Many great memories were born and lived on as a result of time in her presence.
Each of you are in my thoughts and prayers during this time of great loss and grief.
Condolence: Prayers to Tammys family. I had the pleasure of meeting Tammy while I worked for the cab company she used for transportation. Her stories and laughter will always be fondly remembered by me. Tammy was an incredible woman, full of strength and laughter. She will be greatly missed. She loved her family with all of her heart and her pride for her son was something I'll never forget. Rest in peace, Tammy
Condolence: When I first came to State College, I had nobody. I went to work at McDonald's and Tammy trained me. Over time she became a good friend. She and her friends let me into their fold. She was there when I became pregnant and after. She was always there for me and my daughter, Samantha. I lost touch with her after McDonald's, figuring she and Peter left dusty old Centre County and went on to a new town and a fresh start, not realizing we were only five miles apart. I so much wanted her to know that Samantha has a Master's in English, Tammy's major. Just imagining the two of them talking about books, realizing Tammy knew her when. I still have photos of the two. She was always there for me, like a big sister, I wish I was there for her, but she always seemed so independent, invincible. I remember one night closing, and her singing to AC/DC's "Shook me all night long." Yes, it was a side to her that I will always cherish. Peter, I am so sorry for your loss, she was a great role model and friend.
Condolence: I'm so sorry to hear about Tammy. She was my roommate and one of my best friends during college. She could read old English like nobody's business. I will miss her so much. Please let me know if there's anything I can do.
Condolence: This is truly sad, Tammi, was one of my brides maid, a work colleague, a friend, a roommate and terrific person. I will always remember the great times we had together. I send my heartfelt condolences to her family since I have met all of her brothers and sisters at some time.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Condolence: My condolences to the Chaffee families. I'm sorry to hear about the untimely loss of dear Tammy. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up". And the Bible also says "The righteous themselves will possess the earth and they will forever reside upon it". Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection . This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering.
